DESCRIPTION
Villa Ilios is built according to the traditional Cyclades island architecture with sparkling white walls and stone tiles while surrounded by gardens with local Mediterranean plants. The furniture is a combination of modern style equipment and local island colors that match perfectly with the sole character of the Greek islands.
The large swimming pool, overlooking Delos island, has a special section for children and the pool deck is equipped with elegant rattan lounge sofas and sun chairs. The barbecue and the pool bar offer plenty of space and are ideal for private endless hours of enjoyment under the sun or even more ideal for celebrity events and parties. The veranda deck above the swimming pool is perfect for romantic dining viewing the sunset in the Aegean Sea. At the most peaceful and shiny area of the residence, a Meditation Gazebo for gatherings, relaxation and alternative therapy awaits the guests, while the in property traditional church can be used for weddings and ceremonies.
Business or Celebrity Event arrangements can be organized for up to 200 people with catering and live music at the pool deck. Wedding or Baptism ceremony can be arranged at the in property traditional church. What ever your needs are, our co-operate professional event organizers will fulfill and accomplish your needs.
LAYOUT
The residence is divided in the main building, in five independent apartments and in four guest studios.
INDOORS
Main house - Ground floor
Main living area, divided into sections with plenty of space for relaxation and dining.
Main house - Upper floor
- Four bedrooms with separate en-suite bathrooms. Each room is spacious with magnificent views of the sea and the nearby islands.
Independent apartments
- Apartment 1 offers two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 persons
- Apartment 2 has one double bed, one double sofa bed at the living room and can accommodate up to 4 persons
- Apartments 3 and 4 have one double bedroom and one child bed for a child up to 6 years old (upon request)
- Apartment 5 is a mini suite with a double bed and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons.
*All apartments have a beautiful independent veranda and a kitchen.
Guest studios
All 4 Studios offer one double bed and can accommodate up to 2 persons each.
