DESCRIPTION
This brand new traditional villa (2013) is a completely stone building of Corfu with wooden roof and floors and high quality of comforts. It promises the pleasure of nature, relaxation and absolute tranquility, while maintaining your private moments.
Villa Marmari is available as a whole to any number of visitors and it can accommodate up to 7 persons throughout the year, offering the homely warmth of a traditional farmhouse, suitable for excursions and activities within or outside the farm.
Activities in the farm
- January: Major agricultural work, the gathering of olives and olive oil extraction
- August: Vine harvest
- Throughout the year: Cultivation tasks for olive trees, vineyards, fruits and vegetables.
A high quality of extra virgin olive oil, produced in the olive groves of the property can also be offered.

• Master bedroom with double bed, secretaire, wardrobe, exclusive bathroom with jacuzzi for two persons equipped with chromotherapy system
• Two bedrooms each of which includes: two single beds convertible into a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and bathroom with whirlpool tubSeparate W.C. with washing machine
• Additional bedroom with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe and a shower cabin in the nearby bathroom
• Kitchen includes: refrigerator-closet providing cold water and icecubes, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric appliances, fully equipped with cutlery and crockery along with glasses for beverages
• Dining-living room with hand made fireplace, a table for eight people, two sofas, relaxation chair
• Satellite TV, Dolby Surround sound system, blue-ray video
*The whole house is fully air-conditioned, has insect repelling windows with screens, security bars and drinking water.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor areas are fully and securely fenced and have received minimum intervention to avoid altering the landscape. Within these interventions the following facilities are provided:
• Stone swimming pool with oxygen (no chlorine) with sun loungers and an outdoor bar

This wonderful villa with its surrounding farm is located in an unspoilt natural environment of olive trees, fruit-bearing trees, oaks, arbutus trees and cypresses, within an area of 2,9 acres for exclusive use and access. The villa is situated on the top of a green, sunny hill with beautiful panoramic view, open skyline and visual contact with the surrounding villages, the Ropa meadow and Corfu Town. The variation of the landscape, the intense alternations of the green, the songs of wild songbirds and the discreet presence of farm animals dominates in this area of natural beauty.
Outside the farm there is a picturesque network of rural roads (even the well known "Corfu Trail" for the walking lovers), that lead to nearby villages such as Giannades and Kanakades, the Ropa meadow and beautiful beaches like Rovinia, Aftypsos, Liniodoro, Ermones, Liapades and the nudist beach of Myrtiotissa, all at distances up to 5 km.
Corfu Golf Club at Ropa Valley is also just 4 km away from the villa, offering a 18hole and 72par golf course. The course is usually open all year round. Special discounts are offered by us.
Riding facilities for any age, seminars and therapeutic horsemanship approx. 7 km away from the villa are also offered at special rates for our clients (upon request) throughout the year.
Aqualand, Corfu's famous water park ideal for all ages is just 5 km away with discounted tickets offered by us upon request and for those who like playing tennis, there are tennis facilities in a distance of 4 km.
