DESCRIPTION

Each studio is 40 sq.m., built on the ground floor. All Studios have terraces with views of the surrounded olive trees, with the sea visible in the background. They are ideal for couples, small or large families and groups as they have terraces that can be converted into one single large terrace without the studios losing their independence. On entering you find the bathroom and the kitchen, which are separated from the bed- and living room by the breakfast bar. There is a double bed and a sofa bed, which can be converted into 2 singles or one double bed with orthopaedic mattresses.

In order to complete your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The balance is payable at least 14 days before your arrival date or at the latest upon arrival. *For a 3 day-booking, a total prepayment is required.

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date without any charge. For cancellations after the deadline, there is a 50% charge of the total of the agreed period required.

If you leave earlier than booked, 50% of the days that are not used must be paid for (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86).

For stays of up to two days, the price may be increased by 10%.

For an extra bed the corresponding value can be increased by 10%.

For the use of the house until 18:00 hours on the day of departure the additional charge is 50% of the daily value. Beyond this time, the entire daily value has to be payed.
