The apartment of 35 sq.m., part of a large newly built building, is located on the ground floor. Entering into a spacious living area, there is a sofa which sleeps two persons. There is a bedroom with a double bed, which has access to the courtyard of the apartment. The bathroom, with hydromassage shower, lies between the living room and the bedroom. It is ideal for families with children and groups of friends.

Daily maid service: Towels changed every second day and bed sheets every three days.
In order to complete your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The balance is payable at least 14 days before your arrival date or at the latest upon arrival. *For a 3 day-booking, a total prepayment is required.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date without any charge. For cancellations after the deadline, there is a 50% charge of the total of the agreed period required.
If you leave earlier than booked, 50% of the days that are not used must be paid for (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86).
For stays of up to two days, the price may be increased by 10%.
For an extra bed the corresponding value can be increased by 10%.
For the use of the house until 18:00 hours on the day of departure the additional charge is 50% of the daily value. Beyond this time, the entire daily value has to be payed.
