It features a bright bedroom with double bed, which has access to a sunny balcony. The bathroom with hydromassage shower separates the living area from the bedroom. Outside the entrance there is extra space where you can enjoy a glass of wine. It is ideal for families with children.

Daily maid service: Towels changed every second day and bed sheets every three days.
In order to complete your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The balance is payable at least 14 days before your arrival date or at the latest upon arrival. *For a 3 day-booking, a total prepayment is required.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date without any charge. For cancellations after the deadline, there is a 50% charge of the total of the agreed period required.
If you leave earlier than booked, 50% of the days that are not used must be paid for (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86).
For stays of up to two days, the price may be increased by 10%.
For an extra bed the corresponding value can be increased by 10%.
For the use of the house until 18:00 hours on the day of departure the additional charge is 50% of the daily value. Beyond this time, the entire daily value has to be payed.
