DESCRIPTION
This 80 sq.m. central building of the Adamantia complex, which dates from the 17th century, was renovated in 2010, keeping the stone walls untouched. It has been recognised as an example of traditional architectural heritage. Ground floor: Kitchen with sitting area with a sofabed, which sleeps two persons (as a double or two single beds). Spacious bathroom with hydromassage shower. It has 2 entrances, one of which leads to a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. Upstairs: Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite WC/shower and twin bedroom. This Maisonette is ideal for larger families and groups, and can be combined with the 17th century room (2-3 persons), which adjoins and enables the common use of the courtyards, while maintaining their autonomy.

In order to complete your booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The balance is payable at least 14 days before your arrival date or at the latest upon arrival. *For a 3 day-booking, a total prepayment is required.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date without any charge. For cancellations after the deadline, there is a 50% charge of the total of the agreed period required.
If you leave earlier than booked, 50% of the days that are not used must be paid for (in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/86).
For stays of up to two days, the price may be increased by 10%.
For an extra bed the corresponding value can be increased by 10%.
For the use of the house until 18:00 hours on the day of departure the additional charge is 50% of the daily value. Beyond this time, the entire daily value has to be payed.
