DESCRIPTION
This impressive Villa is situated in a prominent position 120 feet above the sea and has beautiful panoramic views looking southeast over the Ionian Sea and famous Pondikonissi, or Mouse Island. This unique estate is one of the neighboring estates to “mon Repos” the summerhouse of the King of Greece, and the birthplace of Prince Philip of Great Britain. It is well away from Corfu's tourist crowds, yet offers easy access to the restaurants and shops of Corfu town and is only 20 minutes away from Corfu Golf Club.
Not the villa itself, but the swimming pool and garden area is featured in the movie For Your Eyes Only (1981), with the villa visible in the background. In the movie, the villa is supposed to be in Spain and is the house of hitman Gonzales. The villa was also featured in the 1970 movie The Executioner, starring George Peppard and Joan Collins.
The nine acres estate has beach frontage and beautifully tended gardens filled with shrubs and flowers, and shaded by olive and cypresses trees, with bougainvillea, wisteria, plumbago and jasmine. Whether you have a large family or group of friends, there is plenty of space, comfort and privacy. The sun drenched terraces, and breathtaking views over the vast, turquoise-blue sea, and the wonderfully calming swishing of the trees, all fuse together to make this a truly spectacular house.

The Gardens
As the estate is built on several levels, there are three main garden areas.
- The pool area
- The level above the pool area has a shaded terrace and view of the sea and pool area
- Largest of these gardens is located on the level above the main house with a beautiful view over looking the sea and mouse island, it also has a fountain, grape vines shading a large area, and a small cosy terrace among the shrubs
The Forest
The pine forest cloaking the property covers five acres and scents the air. This is a wonderful place to appreciate the beauty of the estate. With hundreds of century old olive and cypress trees, as well as, other indigenes species, privacy is ensured, while framing classic vistas of hills, bays and open sea.
The Church
The church was built around 1920 and is beautifully and naturally situated in the forest.
The Beach
A path winds down to the pebble beach and Plato, that has a changing room, outdoor shower/WC, bar and sitting/bathing area, which gives access to the pier. This area is a well-protected natural harbor, even for large yachts.
