Corfu Villa is a private heaven of luxury and comfort that has been built to a high standard of aesthetic beauty. Nature itself dictates that there are but a few front row seats to witness locations of outstanding beauty from and that these need be reserved well in advance.
Corfu Villa covers a total surface area of 410 square meters on three levels and is located within a larger complex of residences that offer guarded security for an international clientele of property owners.
As you enter the villa’s private grounds one is struck by the care with which the gardens are kept. Mature trees, full bodied lawns and carefully landscaped flower beds create a feeling of peace and tranquility that promise the same attention to detail and care for Corfu Villa itself.
The villa itself is no more than ten years old and has been built to the highest standards of quality and aesthetic pleasure as demanded by the charismatic personality of its owner. Whilst reminiscent of traditional Corfiot country residences it is also distinctly modern and despite the large size of the house the feeling is discreet rather than grand.

Composed of one master bedroom, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, walk-in wardrobe, sitting room, a small kitchen and very large verandas at every bedroom, with unobstructed view towards the sea, the town of Corfu and the yacht marina in Gouvia. The bathroom inside the master bedroom is made of ‘portogalo’ marble and it also includes a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Finally, this floor has also an independent access via an outdoor staircase.
